CA. Laxmikant Chandrabhan Morghare

Mr. Laxmikant Morghare is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 13 years standing in the profession. He was a Partner with B P S D & Associates, Chartered Accountants for more than 10 years before starting this new Venture L M R A & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
His major work experience involves Project Management Consultancy, Corporate Finance, Consultancy on Financial Restructuring, Credit Rating Consultancy, Experience of Joint Ventures and Financing, Company Law Compliances. He has been instrumental in syndicating finances more than $500 million in various sectors in India such as Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, etc.
He is a qualified Forensic Accountant and Fraud Detection Auditor certified by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA. Rohit Ramesh Aherrao
B. Com. FCA, DISA

Mr. Rohit Aherrao is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 15 years standing in the profession. He was a Partner with B P S D & Associates, Chartered Accountants for more than 10 years before starting this new Venture L M R A & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
He has been Partner In Charge for Audit of Reliance Power Limited for 7 Years, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Limited, MAHAGENCO, R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Ltd while being a Partner in B P S D & Associates for more than 10 years. He has been helming the Review of Internal Procedures, Designing MIS, Project Management Consultancy, Due Diligence of Listed Companies, Internal audits, Tax Compliance under Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST.
He has delivered lectures on GST implementation in India.
He is also holds Diploma in System Audit (DISA) by ICAI. He is a Certified CSR Impact Analyst by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He had been a member of Expert Committee on Audit and Assurance of Nagpur Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

CA. Abhishek Mendhe
B. Com. FCA, MBA, FAFDA

Mr. Abhishek Mendhe is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 5 years standing in the profession.
He was a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of one of the Automobile Retail Sector major in Central India for more than 3 years.
His major work experience include postulation of accounting policies and systems from MIS perspective, tax compliance, ERP implementation and bank audits. He has led the Internal Audit of Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur for 2 years.
He is a Qualified Forensic Accountant and Fraud Detection Auditor certified by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has worked extensively on ERP and MIS development in Automobile Retail and Healthcare Sector.
